Refund/Return Policy

At Silverspoon Rings, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quaility products and exceptional customer service. WE understand that sometimes you may need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds for Silverspoon Rings products.

 1. Eligibility for Refund​​

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

a. You have purchased a Silverspoon Rings product directly from our official website, or directly through us at an in-person market. 

b. You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. 

c. Your request for a refund is made within 60 days of the original purchase date.

d. The product is NOT in its original condition, minus regular wear and tear from daily wear (discoloration, broken parts, etc.,) (If you ordered the wrong ring size, you are eligible for an exchange, shipping is at the expense of the consumer). 

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team: Send an email to or a short form with your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation or images.

b. Evaluation of Request: Our customer support team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the criteria mention in section 1.

c. Approval or Denial: You will receive a response within 5 business days notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please note that all items will NOT be eligible for refund, as each product is made to size for the customer.

d. Return the Product: If your refund is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

e. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility ciretiera. We will then process your refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please not that the following items are non-refundable:

a. Custom-made or personalized rings (if you provide the spoon for your ring you can NOT get a refund unless it is completely the wrong size due to the making of it. If you incorrectly size your finger, that is at your fault, not the company). 

b. Products that show signs of wear or alteration (scratches do not count towards a refund. If the item is broken or altered in any way it will NOT be eligible for a refund).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the original purchase and return shipping are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, Silverspoon Rings will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Lost Shipments

If your shipment becomes lost, contact the postal service and file a claim. If the claim is denied, and you purchased shipping with insurance, a refund can be processed or a replacement product will be shipped. Unfortunately, if you did not purchase insurance with your shipping you will not be refunded or sent a replacement.
